Working for Bw Legal

In a ruling on Friday, Justice Jay ruled that the High Court lacked jurisdiction to hear BW Legal Services` application because Glassdoor Inc.`s business “is not operated out of GGL`s London office” and GGL`s business is “legally separate.” BW legal and PRAC finance ltd are the same company owned and controlled by the same persons. Now they can buy real debt or they can get our information from various sources, but whatever you do, you won`t pay them anything without providing proof of an alleged debt. Ask them to access the data (PRAC, BW legally, and from which company they claim the original debt originated), ask them to provide all the information they hold about you, specifically ask PRAC how much you bought that specific debt. If they don`t respond, report them to the ICO if the GDPR fails. PRAC report from FCA and BW Legal to legal ombudsmen. Don`t pay without proof that the money is due. Disgusting I received a letter today on 12.09.2022 saying I owed money to British Gas from 2017, it`s funny that because I only moved into the property in 2018, I thankfully kept my lease and emailed the signed and dated documents. The horrible person then said he would return it to his client and I would have to wait up to 10 business days for his response. Cheater!!!!! I keep getting letters from these people saying I parked illegally at Newcastle Airport in June – I WASN`T AT NEWCASTLE AIRPORT IN JUNE! They sent a final claim letter today saying they would take further action if I did not pay £160.00 immediately and threatened to sue the District Court.

Looking forward to seeing them in court! A specialist debt collection agency failed to validly file a lawsuit on an employer assessment website to discover the identity of an apparent former employee who described his work environment as “toxic”, the High Court ruled. “As a company, we have the prerogative to report potentially defamatory and malicious reviews directed at our company and take appropriate action, and we will continue to protect the reputation we have worked very hard to build,” they added. I received the letter and they asked about the 2015 E.ON electricity bill, but the electricity meter was a prepaid meter not a monthly bill I don`t know how a pay-as-go meter has bills 😕? I received today a scam letter from this “company” asking for £28 of an alleged British gas debt dating back to 2015. There is no such guilt!!! Throw away the letter and warn your friends. British Gas should look into the matter now. Disgusting people! I have been living in Canada for 3 years. BW Legal Claim I parked in Southampton in December 2021 and received an NCP for a parking offence committed by a car I owned. I have never seen an NCP before and it was not even possible for me to leave Canada at that time due to pandemic restrictions! No explanation or proof of my real location seems to stop him from sending harassing emails to my mother`s address. I`ve asked them to message me directly in Canada, but they don`t seem to understand that I don`t live in the UK or don`t own a car! It`s a scam.

They stole my data and are suing me for debts that don`t exist. BW Legal Services filed an appeal with Norwich Pharmacal against review website Glassdoor However, when the application package was delivered to GGL`s offices this month, US-based Glassdoor Inc. said it intended to challenge the High Court`s jurisdiction on the grounds that an appeal could not be served by Norwich Pharmacal outside the jurisdiction. A horrible company that doesn`t communicate with its client haunted me for months because of a charge that was quashed and shouldn`t have been filed in the first place. When I made it clear that I was not paying because it was due, but to remove them from my back, they happily took the money and only told me AFTER that I was admitting my responsibility. Rude, arrogant and wasted space. Glassdoor Inc. argued that no valid service had been effected and that, even if it did, its Terms of Use gave exclusive jurisdiction over all proceedings brought against it in the California courts.

He also found that the company was bound by Glassdoor`s Terms of Service, which required that “all claims” be governed by California law, which the judge said “covers a claim to Norwich Pharmacal Relief.” Leeds-based BW Legal Services sought an injunction from Norwich Pharmacal against Glassdoor`s website for two negative reviews, one criticizing the alleged “military environment” and the other saying, “Work is so boring you`ll fall asleep at your desk.” “It is true that this defendant does not seek to be sued in England and Wales in respect of what is placed on the website which he owns and operates, or to facilitate such an action by behaving in such a way that GGL can be properly served, but the fact remains that he can achieve that objective through his terms of use.” the judge said. “At the end of the day, it`s up to the accused to decide how they settle their affairs here.” Fraud! Beware, this company scams unsuspecting customers with money. I received a letter today from B W Legal, allegedly from British Gas, asking for £29.87 (note that the letter with the BG logo and such a strange amount looks very real). The scam is that they make you believe that you are getting a good deal because they claim to reduce the amount if you “pay now”. I called British Gas and they confirmed it was a scam to ignore it and throw away the letter. British Gas is aware of the problem and must warn customers. Worry – don`t be fooled! The company – which the court heard had a score of 4.9 out of 5 based on 59 reviews – sought to pursue the lawsuit through a London-based company within the Glassdoor Group, Glassdoor Global Limited (GGL), and an order was issued on the papers in November. I received a letter from BW Legal trying to collect a parking fine – for a car that I no longer own and did not own or did not own at the time of the offence! I have provided the proof of sale and DVLA confirmation certificate stating that I am not the registered owner of the car and apparently this is not enough. I asked to file a complaint or speak to a manager and was told no, because the manager will tell me the same thing. Absolute shame of a company.

They won`t even put it on hold while I wait for another confirmation letter from the DVLA – which they asked me to do! A spokesperson for BW Legal Services said the firm “believes there are grounds to appeal the decision, [but] we made the business decision not to do so.” Yes, it`s my fault, I`m with this company, but I have a direct debit payment plan in place and they put pressure on them all the time to change the amount they receive, they even go so far as to stop your advice DD.My, watch them very carefully, they are bullies.
